Every capability below arrives through WhatsApp or Telegram — the apps already on your loved one’s phone. Nothing to buy, ship, charge, or teach.
SilaCares in 72 seconds — the problem, the product, and what a family actually receives.
A single subscription that covers the whole care loop, delivered entirely through messaging:
SilaCares launches in October 2026. The product, the family portal, the brand system and the care engine are built, the website you are reading is live, and families can create an account and set up a full care profile today — ahead of launch. We are pre-revenue.
What the AI does: it understands typed replies and voice notes, follows up when a dose or check-in goes unanswered, detects changes in mood over days and weeks, and recognises distress the moment it appears — then sets the SOS chain in motion.
What we deliberately do not do: passive fall detection or ambient sensing. SilaCares depends on your loved one having their phone to hand. We would rather tell you that than sell you a promise the product cannot keep.
Alarms get dismissed; pillboxes get forgotten. Sila sends a polite, personal note at exactly the right moment — the medication name, dose, and any instruction you’ve set — then returns 5–10 minutes later to ask if it was taken. Whether your loved one answers in text or a voice note, the response is understood and recorded.

A diet plan only works if someone remembers it at 1:30 PM on a Tuesday. Sila turns the doctor’s guidance into friendly, timely nudges at lunch and dinner — what to enjoy, what to limit — and follows up on how it went. The same rhythm carries walks, physiotherapy, prayer, hobbies and anything else you schedule.
Sleep, mood, blood pressure, blood sugar, water, movement, pain — you choose what Sila asks about, and she asks the way a caring granddaughter would, never like a clinical form. Answers can be a single tap, a sentence or a voice note. Over weeks, these small replies become the trend lines that catch a decline early — while it's still easy to address.

A routine written on a prescription pad fades by Friday. Sila carries it into every single day — the 5 o’clock walk, the Monday physiotherapy, the afternoon in the garden — and asks warmly how it went afterwards, so encouragement lands where a reminder alone would not.
Your daily summary arrives as a message on your own WhatsApp or Telegram — medications, meals, routines, mood, and anything needing attention. Behind it, a beautifully clear portal holds the complete record: edit routines, update the buddy’s number, add a second parent, and generate a doctor-ready report whenever an appointment approaches.

Never alone, Never far.
