AI elder care · No hardware · No new app

The daily care your parents deserve, from wherever life takes you.

Never alone, Never far.

SilaCares checks in on your ageing loved ones inside the messaging app they already open every day. Medication reminders with real follow-up, meal and routine guidance, a warm AI voice companion, and an instant SOS chain to family, doctor and a trusted neighbour when it matters most.

The quiet worry

You are not a bad son or daughter. You are just very far away.

Did she take the morning tablet? Did he actually eat lunch? Is today a good day or a bad one? You ask on Sunday calls and hear “everything’s fine” — because parents protect their children, even from the truth.

Distance doesn’t cost you love. It costs you information — the thousand small daily signals a child living nearby absorbs without trying. SilaCares rebuilds exactly that signal, gently, every single day.

Three apps. One Sila.

Care arrives where their thumb already goes

Your mother already messages her sister every morning. Your father already forwards jokes to the family group. SilaCares simply joins that conversation. Tap a tab to see the very same care inside each app.

The wording, the warmth and the follow-up are identical everywhere. Only the app changes — and you choose that once, during setup.

Why families choose SilaCares

Everything a devoted child would do — done daily, kindly, and on time

You carry the love. SilaCares carries the routine: the reminders, the follow-ups, the listening, and the emergency plan.

Sara taking her evening medication at home

Reminders that close the loop

A polite nudge at medication time — then a real follow-up minutes later asking whether it was taken. Every answer, tapped, typed or spoken, is logged. Missed doses reach you the same day, not at the next appointment.

Sara choosing food from her fridge, following her doctor's meal plan

Meals & routines, remembered

At lunch and dinner Sila recalls what the doctor advised — what to enjoy, what to skip — and follows up on how it went. Walks, physiotherapy, prayer, hobbies: the whole prescribed routine, kept alive.

A companion who always answers

Loneliness is a health risk, not a mood. Your loved one can call Sila’s voice line any time — a calm, patient, wise listener — or send voice notes about their day and always hear back.

Ferdous, the local buddy, arriving at Sara's door to check on her

An SOS chain, not a lone alarm

“Help”, “SOS”, a worrying voice note — Sila understands them all instantly. Within seconds you, the doctor and a trusted neighbour receive alerts carrying the doctor’s number and hospital address, so someone nearby can physically be there.

Jack reading his mother's daily care summary from his office

You see everything — effortlessly

A daily summary arrives on your own WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage — no app for you either. An elegant portal keeps the full history, editable routines, and a doctor-ready report to print before every visit.

Her doctor finally sees the truth

“Are you taking your medication regularly?” gets a real answer at last. Months of adherence, meals, activity and mood, distilled into one clean report your family brings to the appointment.

When seconds matter

One word from her. Three alerts from us. Help already walking over.

Sara doesn’t need to find a button, remember a number, or open anything unfamiliar. She types — or says — that something is wrong, in her own words, in her own language.

Sila recognises genuine distress and fires the whole chain at once: Jack in Singapore, Dr. Vivek, and Ferdous the neighbour two doors down — each with the doctor’s contact and her usual hospital’s address attached.

  • Triggered by keywords, free text or a voice note
  • Family, doctor and local buddy alerted simultaneously
  • Doctor’s number and hospital address attached automatically
  • Every escalation logged in your portal and the doctor report

SilaCares alerts the private contacts you configure. In a life-threatening emergency, always call your local emergency number as well.

The whole point

“Mum pressed nothing, installed nothing, learned nothing new — and that is exactly why it works.”

The hardest problem in elder care isn’t technology. It’s adoption. Every tablet, speaker and companion robot asks an 80-year-old to change so her children can worry less. SilaCares asks nothing of her at all.

Why hardware-free care wins
Simple by design

Up and running before your coffee goes cold

Create the care profile

Sign up with email, Google or Microsoft. Add your loved one: medications, meals, doctor’s advice, language, reminder times and time zone.

Add the safety net

Set a local buddy — a neighbour, relative or friend nearby — plus the doctor’s number and usual hospital. This becomes the SOS chain.

Sila starts caring

Warm check-ins begin on their WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage, timed to their own clock. They reply by tap, text or voice — whatever suits.

You stay close

Every evening a summary reaches your phone. The portal keeps the full story, ready for the doctor at the next visit.

The honest comparison

Care platforms make you buy hardware. We made that unnecessary.

Most elder-care products start with a $150–$350 device and a learning curve. SilaCares starts with the phone already in your parent’s hand.

Voices from our pilot families

“It feels like someone is finally there every day”

Feedback from our 2026 pre-launch pilot program
★★★★★

My mother is 74 and lives in Manchester; I’m in Singapore. I used to call at midnight my time just to ask if she took her pressure medicine. Now Sila asks for me — kindly — and I get the summary with my morning coffee. The guilt I carried for three years is simply gone.

What convinced me was the follow-up. My father ignored every reminder app we tried. Sila asks him ten minutes later whether he actually took it — and he answers her, because it feels like a person who cares, not an alarm clock. His adherence went from “we hope” to “we know”.

Mum uses Telegram, not WhatsApp, and I assumed that would be a problem — it wasn’t. One evening she sent a voice note saying she felt dizzy; within a minute our neighbour had a message with her doctor’s number and was at her door. That is why we’re staying after the pilot.

Everything families ask us first

No — and this is the heart of SilaCares. Sila messages your loved one on WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage, whichever they already use. If they can read a message from a grandchild, they can use SilaCares from day one. You do all the setup from your side.

Perfectly fine — all three are fully supported, with identical features. You simply choose their app during setup, and Sila appears there. If they later switch apps, you change one setting in the portal.

If your loved one types “SOS”, “help”, a phrase you predefined — or sends a voice note or message our AI recognises as distress — SilaCares immediately alerts you, the listed doctor, and the local buddy near them. The alert includes the doctor’s name and number and the address of the hospital they usually attend, so the nearest person can act within minutes. SilaCares notifies the private contacts you configure; in a life-threatening situation always call your local emergency number too.

Sila loves voice notes. Your loved one can answer any check-in with a voice message, leave voice notes about how they’re feeling, or — on Premium — simply call Sila’s companion line and talk. Everything is understood, answered warmly, and summarised for you. Every check-in also offers one-tap replies for the days typing feels like too much.

Yes. SilaCares is GDPR-compliant by design: data is encrypted in transit and at rest, used only to care for your loved one, never sold, and deletable on request. The AI companion answers strictly within the rules and knowledge you set for your family — nothing more.

Every loved one’s profile carries its own time zone. Reminders fire on their clock — 8 AM in Manchester, lunch in Pune — while your daily summary arrives on yours. Distance stops mattering; that’s rather the point.

SilaCares goes live on September 1, 2026. You can create your account and set up the full care profile today — medications, routines, buddy, doctor — and Sila begins her first gentle check-ins the moment we launch. You are not charged until then, and early families get priority onboarding.
